Italian Festival August 25th & 26th

St. George Men’s Group Italian Festival 2023 

 Come for the Food…Stay for the Music 

Come join us for two fun filled nights of great homemade Italian foods, beer, wine, a Raw Bar, bocce tournaments, entertainment and music, face painting, and a “KidsZone”.  Yes, the St. George Men’s Group is presenting its Annual “ItalianFest 2023”, a unique shoreline family event.  

Returning this year…Best Meatball Competition (Professional & Amateur), and Spaghetti Eating Contest.  With cash prizes. Pre-registration or On-Site registrations. To register, please contact Jonathan Wallace at 203-605-5801. 

The dates will be Friday, Aug. 25 from 5:00pm until 10:00pm and Saturday, Aug 26 from 3:00pm until 10:00pm.  The event will be held at the St. George Church, 33 Whitfield St. on the Green in Guilford.  Admission price is only $5.00 for everyone 16 and older.    

As for the music, on Friday & Saturday, singer “Tony V” will perform from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.  On Friday night, from 7:00pm until 10:00pm, “Rock Bottom” will be performing.  On Saturday afternoon, “Ticket” will perform from 3:00pm until 5:00pm.  On Saturday night, “Eight to the Bar” will be performing from 7:00pm until 10:00pm. 

All proceeds will benefit St. Martin De Porres Academy in New Haven.
