Description
The Marcum Advisory & Consulting practice has worked with thousands of closely held businesses and their owners and advisors over the years. Much of our work has focused on the impact of events experienced by the company and its owners. Every business, at some point in their life cycle, will experience one or more of these events, and how they are handled could affect the company, its owners and its employees for decades.
This program will present real-life examples and strategies for effectively dealing with some of the most common life cycle events that private companies and their owners experience. Our focus will be on the planning companies can do to prepare for these events, as well as the opportunities that they may offer.
