David J. Ginter, also known as "DJ" to his friends and family, was born in New Haven in 1971 and grew up in North Haven. Shortly after graduating from North Haven High School, David joined the Air Force and completed a highly decorated career spanning twenty years and finally retiring in 2011. While serving his country, David completed is Bachelor's degree in Finance from Wilmington University achieving the highest honors. From 2011 through 2020 David worked as a civilian for the Air Force in acquisitions performing research and development of critical military weapon systems engineered to save lives during ongoing combat operations worldwide. It was in 2020 that David formed CardSchwipes LLC, placing and servicing ATM machines throughout New Haven County.
