The catalogues are out and it’s time to register for fall programs with the Schiller Shoreline Institute for Lifelong Learning!
A rich array of educational programs is available for your choosing! Registration begins August 22. All are welcome to sign up for membership and individual programs, including 34 lectures, 7 trips, 3 concerts, 4 book discussions and 13 movies.
SSILL’s mission is to offer meaningful, intellectual programs to area adults who share a love of learning and would enjoy a few hours of socializing and enrichment amid a welcoming membership. The only requirement is your interest and enthusiasm. Subjects include science, history, art, sports, health, government, to name a few. A tremendous variety of programs are available from the opening reception Wednesday September 4th through Friday December 13th.

Pick up a catalogue at the Guilford Community Center, 32 Church St. or other locations in Guilford, Madison, Branford, North Branford, Clinton, Old Saybrook and Westbrook. The registration form is included in the catalogue.
Then register in person at the Guilford Community Center, online or by mail starting Wednesday August 21st, 8:30am. You may pay the membership fee of $35. by credit card (encouraged), check (strongly discouraged, but must be made out to Guilford Parks & Rec, not SSILL), or cash. Programs are held during the day at Guilford Community Center, Madison Senior Center & the Guilford Library. Bus trips leave from the St. George Church parking lot, 33 Whitfield St, Guilford.
