Spectrum Art Gallery's 2019 Outdoor Summer Art Festival will be on the Essex Town Green Saturday June 15th and Sunday, June 16th, from 10 am - 5pm. Painters, illustrators, print makers, fiber artists, jewelry makers, pottery and ceramics, wood and glass artisans will be participating.
