Join Erin & Crystal for an evening of candlelit restorative yoga to relax the body and allow the mind to let go. This type of yoga can be a highly effective way to reduce stress and anxiety. Each reclined pose is supported with various props and is designed to encourage an effective release of strain and tension. To enhance the experience, you will receive optional hands-on Reiki, which can help to clear negative blockage, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall wellbeing. No prior yoga experience necessary.
