Legacy work is a large part of what we offer at The Connecticut Hospice. We are driven i knowing there is a lot of living in dying. Many of our departments take part in continuing an individual's legacy such as Social Work, Arts Department (music & art therapy), Spiritual Care Team, and the Bereavement Team.
