Chestnut Hill’s season finale and 50th birthday party opens with Schumann’s Märchenbilder or Fairy Tale Pictures for viola and piano, followed by Mendelssohn’s Piano Trio in C minor. The concert closes with Dvorák’s Piano Quartet in E-flat, Op. 87. The performers are Frank Huang, violin, Cynthia Phelps, viola, Ronald Thomas, cello, and Mihae Lee, piano. A reception with the artists follows the concert – join us for a piece of birthday cake!
