Design a Beautiful Workspace and Elim...Description
Join us for a 'HOW TO' segment on designing a beautiful workstation while eliminating the aches and pains we all feel when working long hours at our desks.
Our Design House Interiors friends, Ramona, Judy and Jennifer will be on hand and Ramona will discuss how our bodies interact with furniture during tasks, how this affects your well-being, and will show you some beautiful and functional items that you may not know about! In addition, we'll hear from Dr. Duane Scotti from SPARK Physical Therapy to educate us on 3 simple strategies you can do to avoid and relieve common aches and pains while working at your desk.
