The Wharf gives this up and coming Chef the chance to come home to Madison where his career started and the opportunity to put his unique spin on the classics using locally sourced seafood. Chef Brian McBride Chef Brian McBride’s culinary journey has taken him from Newark, NJ to nearby Providence and Cambridge and as far as London, Mexico, Dubai and Zurich. Trained in traditional French Cuisine and authentic Mexican, creator of the world-renowned Blue Duck Tavern in Washington, D.C., Chef McBride currently resides as Partner-Chef at Siren at the Darcy in D.C., along-side his close friend and fellow Chef Robert Wiedmaier.
