Shoreline Arts Alliance Presents Shakespeare on the shoreline Featuring Legacy Theatre! 2018 will mark our 17th annual season of bringing 5 nights of family-friendly entertainment to residents and visitors. According to the Wall Street Journal, “Shakespeare on the Shoreline is the most popular and well recognized cultural mainstay of the community, drawing crowds from all over the area and beyond with its engaging, entertaining and educational performances.” This year, we are proud to engage Branford's Legacy Theatre to perform their interpretation of Shakespeare's beloved work Hamlet! Hamlet runs from August 1-5 with all performances starting at 7:30pm. Make sure to join us at 6:30pm and directly after the show for talk back sessions with Shoreline Arts Alliance's Eric Dillner, Legacy Theatre's Artistic Director Keely Baisden Knudsen, and members of the cast. Bring picnics, chairs, blankets and enjoy free theater under the stars on the historic Guilford Green. This is an event not to be missed!
