Kick off the holiday season with an evening of smooth jazz, festive cheer, and community spirit at Guilford Parks and Recreation's very first Mingle & Jingle! Enjoy an unforgettable evening of Holiday Jazz performed by the incredible Shoreline Jazz Quintet — featuring Mike Bimonte on drums, Deepak Cyril D’Souza on saxophones, Rich Meyers on vibraphone, Steve Roane on acoustic bass, and Steve Wood on electric guitar. SJQ has recorded and performed tributes to jazz legends Thelonious Monk, Bill Evans, and Pat Metheny, and most recently released an album of music for the holidays. Their performances are enriched by the group’s diverse backgrounds.
