The Towns of Guilford, Branford, and North Branford are working closely together to encourage community development programs.The program will include a mid-year update on ‘State of the Town’ by Michael Paulhus, North Branford Town Manager.Our guest speakers will be:Senator Norm Needleman, Senate Chair of the Energy & Technology Committee, who will discuss plans to build renewable energy sources in CT equivalent to almost 30% of the state’s electric load and strengthening our economy and education system.Marcia LaFemina, President and CEO of local advanced manufacturer, Penn Globe, and winner of the 2019 SBA CT Small Business of the year Award will discuss the challenges facing small businesses in the current environment.There will be time for Q&A with our guest speakers, Town Department heads, representatives from REX, and Shoreline Chamber.
