PRINCIPLES & PRACTICES OF REAL ESTATE
New Haven Middlesex Real Estate School's P&P Courses are held virtually online via Zoom. This 60-hour course meets the minimum requirement for Agent or Broker pre-licensing mandatory education as set forth by the CT Real Estate Commission. Candidates must complete 60 hours of class time before they can take the final exam. A passing grade of 70% is required for Agent candidates and 75% for Broker candidates. This course will include interactive classroom activities and discussion focused on the following topics: Concepts of home ownership · Contracts · Property Valuation · Governmental Powers · License Law · Taxes & Liens · Real Estate Math & Financing · Fair Housing

Open Enrollment means you can sign up and begin at any time. Our class schedules just keep going in a continual loop. Whenever you start you attend until you have completed 60 hours by attending each session.
Virtual Class Requirements: A Camera and Microphone are required. The instructor must be able to see and hear all students during class time.
