NORWICH, CT—Eastern Connecticut Savings Bank is proud to announce the opening of its new Mortgage Center located at 688 Boston Post Rd., Guilford, CT.
 
Leading the Mortgage Center is Joseph Castelli, VP, Residential Lending. Joseph is the former founder and President of Guilford Mortgage Services, LLC and brings more than 30 years of expertise and experience to Eastern. Also joining Eastern are Royal Waltrous, Liz Titus, Angela Smith and Mandy Ruggiero. Castelli and his team will specialize in FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, CHFA and Reverse Mortgages.
