Chowder Pot III to support their goals by developing a holistic solution to ensure that they are able to continue their outstanding customer service and gain control of their monthly utility expenses. The program we delivered upgraded and integrated the following to work seamlessly together:

• Building Management System to act as the “brain”
• 5-years Active Oversight^TM to act as outsourced facility manager and provide alerts
• Sensor and control package: real-time power meter, occupancy and temperature sensors, cellular gateway and wireless network
• Cloud server to store data in accessible location
• HVAC and LED retrofit

• Eliminated vehicle travel annually (miles driven):  303,065 miles
• Carbon Sequestration Equivalent:  3,206 trees
