About Gather: After living in San Francisco for nearly 30 years, Samantha Smith has returned to her hometown of Branford to create a beautiful space – Gather – in the old Waiting Station on the iconic town green. Gather brings together a myriad of Samantha’s passions – travel, design, quality shopping, art, supporting local businesses and artisans, Mezcal, and more. You never know what will pop up at Gather. You may find a photography exhibit, an author reading, a wine-tasting class, a book club, or a pop-up shop, but no matter what, the intention remains the same – building community connections, appreciating our perfect location on the Green, and living a passionate, intentional life.
