Thriving in Difficult Times: A Virtua...Description
Presenters: Eric Lawton, President and Co-Founder, Impact Wealth Management, LLC., and Lawton C. Leung, Associate, Withersworldwide.
Many of the most successful entrepreneurs and professionals are dealing with the current health and economic crisis by findings ways to ensure that their businesses and practices not only survive, but thrive. How are they doing this? By putting in place an adaptive three-step process that addresses their business and personal lives. These creative and forward-thinking individuals are finding ways to productively manage the hard times while positioning themselves for ever greater success as the crisis abates. In your workshop, whether it is one-on-one or for a group, you will walk participants through the three steps of this process. Your goal is to help people to start thinking about issues they have not yet considered and to help them identify any gaps in their thinking or their actions. In most cases, this leads to opportunities for you or your centers of influence to serve these individuals more effectively. It also will effectively expand your network.
