After years of building a successful independent wealth management firm — Impact Financial — I’m now opening the door for the right financial advisors to grow with us.

This isn’t about starting from scratch. We’ve already established a strong foundation serving successful entrepreneurs and families through a highly personalized, virtual family office model. Now, I’m looking to mentor and support a select few advisors who are ready to take their own careers to the next level — with the structure, resources, and independence to truly thrive.

In today’s environment, it’s become harder than ever to break into this industry — and even harder to grow inside a system that often feels restrictive. I believe we’ve created a clear and supportive path for the right advisors to build something meaningful, with guidance and partnership every step of the way.
