Fulfillment Crew Leader (Vocational Services)
We are seeking a Fulfillment Crew Leader (Vocational Services) to join the team as part of one of Vista’s social enterprises, Ventures Business Services.
Ventures is a multifaceted business that provides fulfillment services, commercial cleaning, and property maintenance for local organizations, while also creating additional employment opportunities for Vista students and members.
Responsibilities for a Fulfillment Crew Leader include:- Teach, evaluate, and implement strategies with all employees including students and members, with or without disabilities, and work cooperatively with customers and vendors.
- Perform job duties alongside work crew members as assigned including fulfillment services, clerical services (reception support), commercial cleaning services and other tasks as assigned.
- Provide consistent and quality training to assigned work crews.
- Supporting other areas within Ventures Business Services as needed.
Requirements for a Fulfillment Crew Leader include:- High School diploma plus 1 year of related work experience
- Valid driver’s license and maintain acceptable safe driving record
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, internet, and web-based applications
- Transport students and members in either personal or Vista car/van to community sites in a variety of settings and weather conditions.
Location: This position is based at our Madison, CT campus
Job Type/Shift Information: Full-Time, Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm (7am-3pm as needed)
Hourly Rate: $20.40
This is a Benefits and PTO (Paid Time-Off) eligible position.
