    We are seeking a Job Training Instructor to join the Vista team.

    Job Type/Shift Information: Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.

    This is a Benefits and Paid Time-Off eligible position.

    Location:  Madison, CT

    Responsibilities for a Job Training Instructor include:

    • Coaching individuals, with or without disabilities, to learn and accurately carry out job duties at Vista’s Ventures Business Services
    • Providing quality checks for accuracy and expiration of dates before final products and services are delivered to customers
    • Assisting in the evaluation process and providing appropriate trainings
    Requirements for a Job Training Instructor include:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • One (1) year of related experience
    • Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record
    Hourly Rate:  $19.00, plus eligible mileage reimbursement
