Program Instructor (Human Services)
We are seeking a Program Instructor (Human Services) to join the Vista team in our Discover Program. The Program Instructor implements curriculum-based lessons, facilitates groups, evaluates and communicates progress in functional skills and systems that support students’ independent living needs.
Responsibilities for a Program Instructor include:- Follow/implement individualized strategies to help the student gain independence in life skills, community integration and social/cognitive areas.
- Provide training on an individual basis so students meet their individual programmatic and personal goals.
- Evaluate a student’s progress and provide appropriate training interventions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of related experience
- Valid driver’s license and maintain acceptable safe driving record
Job Type/Shift Information: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
Hourly Rate: $20.40
This is a Benefits and PTO (Paid Time-Off) eligible position.
