Gerry Casanova serves as President of the Branford Arts & Cultural Alliance (BACA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting local artists and creators while enriching the cultural life of Branford and the Connecticut Shoreline. BACA's mission is to foster creativity and community engagement through year-round arts programming, exhibitions, performances, and educational opportunities.
Our home is the BACA Gallery, a vibrant 4,000-square-foot exhibition space located in the heart of downtown Branford at 1004 Main Street. The gallery serves as a central hub for showcasing local talent and hosting a diverse array of cultural events.
BACA is largely volunteer-run and guided by an active and passionate 18-member Board of Directors, who bring a wide range of experience and dedication to advancing our mission.
