BHcare’s new Shoreline facility is key component of project
 
North Branford, CT, March 27, 2024: Haynes Development is pleased to announce BHcare will be the primary tenant in their latest project, the Connecticut Health and Wellness Center located at 28 Branford Road, North Branford.
Occupying 36,000 of the 48,000 square feet, BHcare provides comprehensive behavioral health, prevention, and domestic violence services to the community.  Consolidating shoreline services will improve the lives and health of individuals, families, and the communities that BHcare serves.
The Professional Office Building is prominently located on Route 139, providing easy access and exceptional visibility. “There is approximately 9,000 square feet still available” said Kathy Ekstrom, Development Manager.  “It truly is a beautiful building and ideal for any number of healthcare or professional service providers interested in desirable first floor space.”   
Haynes Development will lease or sell the available 9,000 square feet and would consider a potential subdivision of the space.  BHcare is slated to occupy their space in June, 2024.
