The Branford Community Foundation (BCF) is pleased to announce that the 2026 annual grant application is now available online. In 2025, BCF awarded 29 grants through its competitive grant making process. These grants primarily ranged from $1,000 to $8,000 with an average award being around $3,000. Grants are awarded to 501(c)3 not-for-profit organizations and 170(c)(1) governmental agencies serving the Branford community and creating a positive impact, enhancing the quality of life in Branford. The Branford Community Foundation (BCF) is pleased to report that the Foundation is once again partnering with Ascend Bank (formerly GSB) in 2026 to provide sponsorship awards to qualifying organizations serving the Branford community.
